This project is a perfect example of how a thoughtfully designed interior can completely transform a home in just a few days. Located in Sobha Hartland, one of Dubai's most desirable waterfront communities, the apartment already offered excellent architecture, abundant natural light, and beautiful surroundings. Our goal was not to reinvent the space, but to reveal its full potential and create an interior that truly feels like home.
The brief was clear: a complete cosmetic renovation paired with a fully furnished luxury interior.
Without structural alterations or unnecessary complexity, we focused on enhancing what was already there — adding warmth, elegance and a sense of completeness through carefully selected materials and furnishings.
The design features:
• a sophisticated neutral colour palette;
• elegant wall mouldings and decorative panelling that introduce architectural character;
• comfortable, high-quality furniture designed for everyday living as well as visual appeal;
• layered lighting that creates the perfect atmosphere throughout the day;
• harmonious styling and carefully curated details that bring the entire interior together.
One of the defining elements of the project is the bespoke textile design. Sheer curtains crafted from premium Italian designer fabric softly filter natural light, adding an effortless sense of elegance and understated luxury from the moment you enter the apartment.
This project is about comfort, timeless aesthetics and exceptional quality of life — an interior designed to remain beautiful and relevant for years to come.
